Kalli Kalde
Kalli Kalde (b. 1967) is a painter and graphic artist who graduated from the Tartu Art School in the field of artistic design (1986), then obtained the qualification of a teacher of art education and work education at the Tallinn Pedagogical Institute (1991) and has been working at the Tartu Art School since 1991 as a drawing and graphic art teacher (from 2001 to 2010 also as a lecturer in graphic art). Kalli Kalde has participated in exhibitions since 1988. He is a member of the Estonian Association of Free Graphic Artists and the Tartu Artists’ Union.
As an artist, it is important for Kalli Kalde that her paintings are visually captivating, have a memorable figurative language and create new connections in the viewer.
