Anna Trell

Anna Trell (a pseudonym, which is a joint project of three women who wish to remain anonymous) is a feminist artist based in Tallinn who is interested in collectivity, performativity, dance, craft techniques and working with materials that allow several pairs of hands to work together.

Trell’s aim is to respond to issues concerning the role of women in society, criticising patriarchal work structures and the cult of the genius.

Participated in the Telliskivi Creative City Green Hall exhibition “Tuur skulptuur” in the summer of 2022, as well as at the Kogo Gallery group exhibition “Greetings, and Whatever Customarily Restores a Bond About to Break” in 2023, curated by Brigit Arop.
