Mari Steinberg

Mari Steinberg (b. 1984) graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts with a BA in Painting (2022) and a MA in Contemporary Art (2024).

She creates emotional landscapes in her paintings. The artist has described the starting point of her work as an irreconcilable situation with everyday monochrome perception. Her large-format works can be interpreted as sacred altars of portraits of the spiritual world.
